For my taste buds Virg’s is the best restaurant in Weber County for breakfast. My go to items are the Chicken Enchilada Omelette - I’m salivating just thinking about it, crispy hash browns with a side enchilada sauce - yum or a scone with maple syrup - hello please get in my tummy right now! The building has wear and tear and is especially worn out but the food is worth the lack of fancy dining ambiance. The service should be respected because these people work their butts off. They fill your coffee and check on you - if you are a grumpy Gus you get the service you deserve. I once again ate my food too fast to take a pic. Update: Food is still amazingly delicious, cooked to perfection every time. We appreciate the same staff there year after year. It’s like coming home. We love this place. I managed to control myself long enough to take a pic this time!

Food was amazing! For a diner this place had very affordable food options plus they were all cooked hot and made to order. Syrup was warmed and waitress was very attentive.

A cute little diner joint was the perfect first stop on our trip to Utah. Excellent portion sizes, amazingly delicious food and even better service. We had plenty of food for our family of 4. Everything was piping hot and super fresh. Such a cute joint, very much a must stop for excellent breakfast options. I’m sure their lunch options are amazing too but we hit it at breakfast time.

We absolutely LOVE dining here. The staff is so friendly and they have never messed up one of our orders. The food is really good as well! It's a cute place to bring friends or family when they come to town. The prices are decent too!

If you are black pepper intolerant, you are limited to the breakfast menu. That being said, it was a delicious breakfast! The French toast was ginormous and the egg and ham went really well with the whole plate. The ham was flavorful without being too salty but the French toast was definitely the star of the dish. My husband's hamburger came on a separate plate from his tots as both took up the entire plate! The tots were amazing and we will definitely be coming back to eat here again!

If you're in Ogden you gotta try Virg's! My man and I both found it a satisfactory and tasty experience. I got the chicken fried chicken/steak with scrambled eggs, a large scone and a large pancake. It was delicious, well-portioned and decently priced. The to-go lady/server/hostess killed it too! She was very warm, welcoming and friendly. She got our food out in a timely manner, took good care of all the customers and gave off a genuine vibe. Shout-out...Vicky? (I don't have the receipt anymore). 10/10 recommend

An excellent place for breakfast on our long road trip across the USA. Very clean and the food was delicious and quickly prepared. I mentioned it to the waitress that the coffee seem to be very weak. She said “we actually prepare two different pots of coffee for customers, one less strong and one stronger, so I asked if we could have 2 cups of the higher octane coffee-it was! The coffee was delicious! In all, a great place to eat, and we suggest the French toast, scones, and bacon!
